Costs:

We are required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide transparency in respect of costs to enable clients to make an informed choice at the outset of instruction.   We will provide an estimate of costs based on the particular circumstances of the case as instructed by you.

We will work on a fixed fee basis or depending on the complicated nature of the work charge an hourly fee.

The number of hours required in your case will be affected by:

Disbursements:

Disbursements are the costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees, Counsel fees, Interpreter fees etc. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process or you can pay directly to the third-party.
